Our junior high program is our intro to strength class. In this class we begin to transition to a more structured strength training program. Trainees are taught the basics of training and the mechanics of lifting. Strength training is mixed with teaching athletic skills to continue to challenge their overall athleticism and to develop their growing and strengthening bodies.
Ages: 12 thru 14.
