Game On Performance trains people ages 5 to 110. Our goal is to get people to train like athletes in a fun environment. We observed people exercising and we determined that people were not getting what they really needed. People of every age need to get stronger and improve their movement quality.
So we set out to design training programs to give people what they need. Our programs cover a multitude of skills including: running, jumping, throwing, strength, juggling, and teamwork. We help people train for goals as wide ranging as sports performance, 5ks, and getting in shape to hike on vacations.
